Processing times:

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours except during sales periods where it may take up to 48 hours. Please note estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account possible delays.

Any delays after dispatch are out of our control; at this point the shipping company is wholly responsible. Any issues or delays will need to be followed up with the respective shipping company.

Returns and exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order cancellations:

We gladly accept order cancellations within 3 hours providing the item has not yet been dispatched.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser).
